With more than 50 ethnic minority languages spoken in Norfolk, the NNREC is working towards the elimination of racial discrimination. It offers support to individuals and ethnic minority communities in the county, giving advice on dealing with racism. It also works with businesses and organisations to develop and implement equal opportunity policies.
