For di Federal High Court, Abuja dis Wednesday, Akinlolu Kehinde counsel for di Nigeria govment inform di court say dem don amend di charges so dem wan withdraw di old charges and rearraign di defendants on di new charges.
Di defence lawyer, Shaibu Aruwa confam say dem don get copy of di new charges and e no get any objections.
One of di charges be say Malami and im son bin engage in preparation to commit terrorism as dem get for dia possession one Sturm Magnum 17 gun plus 16 live rounds of cartridges and anoda 27 empty cartridges.
Dem plead not guilty to di charges.
