is Skara Brae?

Skara Brae looks much the same as it did 5000 years ago (apart from the telegraph poles). When the inhabitants of Skara Brae lived there, the sea was much further away behind sandy dunes and patches of coarse, tough grass. Today the sea is right next to the village. Recently a wall has been built round part of the Bay o' Skaill between Skara Brae and the sea. Why do you think the wall has been built?
