Colchester came from behind to beat promotion-chasing Notts County at Meadow Lane and end the hosts' six-match unbeaten run in League Two.
County led after seven minutes when Tyrese Hall's miscue from Nick Tsaroulla's fine cross cannoned in off U's defender Kane Vincent-Young.
The visitors levelled just seven minutes later when Magpies goalkeeper Kelle Roos raced out to beat Samson Davide to Ellis Iandolo's through ball, but it fell to Harry Anderson who lifted a 20-yard finish into an empty net.
