Resting by rail

Carolyn Mills, Gillingham:

"I travel one day a week to Birmingham on Virgin trains. They usually turn up on time, although sometimes they're cancelled and last week I arrived late due to vandalism on the line.

I could drive, but I prefer to take the train - I enjoy the rest."
