Di Prosecution Counsel, DSP Martins D. Leo, tell di court to free di second and third suspects, as their investigation no show say dem get anything to do wit her death.

Di DPP for im submission tell di court say plenty sufficient evidence dey to nail di first suspect, Nehemiah Adejor for culpable homicide wey no dey punishable by death.

Dia preliminary investigation reveal say, Arotile die as a result of "blunt force trauma and too much bleeding afta her secondary school mates Mr Nehemiah Adejoh, Mr Igbekele Folorunsho and Mr Festus Gbayegun, drive pass her inside dia Kia Sorento SUV, with Registration Number AZ 478 MKA jam her".
