BBC's Safety Hub is the platform for recording risk assessments, incidents, near-miss, inspections, assurance and much more.
If you need help with any of the following, please request support using the Safety Hub Support Form.
- Requesting an update to a workflow or approval step.
- Reporting a form or dashboard error (for example, not loading or showing incorrect data).
- Adding or updating a user role or email domain.
- suggestions for new fields, values, or filters in a form or report.
Your request will then go to the BBC Product Support Team for review and action.
Safety Advice Line
The Safety Advice Line is a service provided by the BBC's Safety Team. The phone line and inbox are monitored Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. If the phone number goes to voicemail then please leave us a message whilst we're helping another caller; we'll call you back straight away.

Emergencies in BBC premises
To report an emergency within a BBC building, including summoning the emergency services (UK), contact the BBC's National Central Control Room (NCCR)

Some buildings have local arrangements to dial 999 to summon emergency services locally. When that's the case use that system.
Please note: some BBC buildings are not linked to this service, in which case you should dial "999" and ask to be put through to Police, Fire or Ambulance.
If someone requires first aid;
Contact local First Aider β Via Security (in your building) and/or Local noticeboards have details
If you cannot find one quickly contact National Central Control Room (NCCR)who may be able to assist
If you think an ambulance is required:
Contact the National Central Control Room (NCCR) and tell them that an ambulance is needed tell them where the casualty is.
If you canβt contact the NCCR, or there are different arrangements locally, then call 999.
Ensure that you inform them of the address of the building and the location of the casualty in the building.
Contact the local Facilities Managers, the local security department or reception to inform them of the situation.
Stay with the casualty until help arrives.
